2-3 pickled cucumbers
2-3 handfuls capers
50 g tuna
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cut the ham to form pockets. Cut cucumbers, capers, parsley and onions finely and put into a dish. Add tuna, mayonnaise and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully fill pockets with stuffing and serve.
