Pear, Blue Cheese and Pork Loin Salad
Ingredients:
100 g Naturrino pork loin
1 fresh pear
100 g peeled celery stalk
50 g Gorgonzola or Lazur blue cheese
10 g walnuts
50 g Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Cut celery into small feathers. Pell pear and cut it into pieces. Roast walnuts briefly in a pan or an oven. Put all ingredients into a bowl, add some yoghurt, a little bit of honey and crumbled blue cheese. Mix delicately. Finally, add a very thinly sliced pork loin.
