Traditional sausage in natural casing, prepared from uncured pork, extremely tender and juicy. It’s characterized with a high content of meat (100g of the product is produced from 117g pork) and only natural spices. It has no preservatives, phosphates and monosodium glutamate added. It has a high content of proteins. Sausage has a typically “rural” flavor granted by smoking in a traditional smokehouse. It tastes great both as a component of sandwiches and served warm.
