Tart with onions and white Naturrino sausage

Serves: 4-6 people


1 packaging white Naturrino sausages

1 packaging tart dough

700 g onions

2 tablespoons butter + some to smear the form with

few sprigs fresh thyme

100 g yellow cheese


Cut the onions into feathers and slice the sausage. Fry the onions on hot butter until soft. Season with salt, fresh thyme, and pepper. Smear the form with butter and put tart dough inside. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C. On the bottom of the pie put ¾ of stuffing and sliced sausage. Put the rest of the stuffing on top and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 °C. Prior to serving, decorate the dish with fresh thyme.
